Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–18 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.
  • Delays may occur due to customs inspections, international regulations or courier service issues.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, customs delays).

Countries We Serve

  • We currently ship to most international destinations except where laws prohibit the import of medicines.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to check whether the product they are ordering is legal to import in their country.
  • If your country restricts import of specific medicines the order may be delayed or returned.

Customs and Import Duties

  • All products are shipped from our registered fulfilment center.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees levied by their country’s customs authority.
  • Pecos Pharma cannot guarantee delivery in countries where import of pharmaceutical products is restricted.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any additional customs or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped customers will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update on the courier’s website.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal to accept the package, or restrictions by customs Pecos Pharma will not be liable for a refund.
  • Customers may contact our support team to discuss reshipment options (if applicable).
